Hello and thanks for visiting TilleyTree!
We’re currently finishing up all orders placed on or before 7th December (when the shop shut), and these will be dispatched by Wednesday 17th December, after which we’ll be closing our doors and leaving the studio until 2026.
We’re unable to cancel, change or take any new orders at this time (even if you have already placed an order) as all orders and materials needed have been put into production.
We’ll reopen for new orders on Boxing Day, with our first dispatches going out the week of 5th January.
ORDER FAQS:
If there are any issues with your order, such as a delay, please bear with us:
- All orders from the day you ordered take us 7-9 working days to create before we dispatch
- If you selected tracked shipping at checkout, you’ll have received a tracking number to monitor your parcel.
- If you chose untracked shipping, we kindly ask for patience, as delays are to be expected with Royal Mail during the busy holiday season.
If something on your order isn't quite right - we are able to replace items up until the 15th - so please get in touch as soon as possible.
If your order is marked as delivered but you cannot find it, first please wait a couple of days, then please also check with neighbours, safe places, or other members of your household, as our packaging is quite discrete and sometimes overlooked or mistaken for other parcels, such as prescription boxes.
If your order does not arrive before Christmas, please don’t worry:
- We can arrange a replacement when we return to the studio in January.
- Or, if it arrives MORE THAN 10 WORKING DAYS LATE and you no longer need it, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund (buyer to cover return fees).
